The following terms and conditions apply to Curtainfactory's services and all applicable legal rules. By using Curtainfactory's Platform, the Curtain Specialist agrees to be bound by these terms.
In these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions are used, both in singular and plural:
1.1. Account: the account on the Platform that enables the Curtain Specialist to use the Services.
1.2. Advertisement: an advertisement on the Platform or another request sent via the Platform, in which an assignment for (window decoration) curtain work is offered by a Client.
1.3. General Terms and Conditions: these general terms and conditions, regardless of the form in which they are made known.
1.4. Service: the services offered by Curtainfactory, consisting of, among other things, offering the Platform.
1.5. Platform: the platform offered by Curtainfactory via the website where Clients and Curtain Specialists can connect.
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all Agreements, regardless of how they are concluded.
2.2. Curtainfactory is at all times entitled to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions.
2.3. Deviations from the General Terms and Conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing.
